To Enrico Fermi, Our Namesake

Enrico Fermi built the first nuclear reactor by hand-stacking blocks of uranium and graphite under the stands of a football stadium. He didn’t just theorize about nuclear chain reactions; he made them real with careful engineering and precise calculations. Fermi represented the perfect fusion of theoretical brilliance and practical implementation.

The Logo

Our logo features a gridded cube within a sphere, a clever play on both blockchain and Fermi’s Chicago Pile-1 reactor. Fermi achieved the first controlled chain reaction by stacking blocks of uranium and graphite. We’ve created a blockchain that sustains its own chain reaction of quantum-secured transactions. The cube represents our cryptographic blocks, while the sphere symbolizes the quantum fields that secure them. It’s a visual pun: from Fermi’s block chain reaction to our blockchain reaction. Both are self-sustaining systems that changed the world, built one block at a time.

Chief Executive Officer

Dossey is a seasoned senior engineer who has been running tech companies, consulting with startups, and building groundbreaking technologies for over ten years. As the former CEO of Lotus Technologies, his team launched software products for various startups and Fortune 500 companies. As CEO of Rodeodial, he worked with governments across the world to develop internet-for-all solutions to serve developing economies and austere regions leveraging technology from the defense sector. Dossey founded and launched Alfred, America's first autonomous AI agent capable of executing complex real-world tasks using a computer. Dossey serves as a mentor at the University of Staten Island's Technology Incubator with a focus on taking complex ideas from concept to reality.

Timothy Stranahan

Chief Operating Officer

Timothy M. Stranahan brings 23 years of intelligence and national security leadership from the FBI. He served as Assistant Special Agent in Charge for North Carolina, leading operations in International and Domestic Terrorism, Counterintelligence, and Cyber threats. His career included a critical role during the 2016 Presidential Election, managing cyber operations related to nation-state threats and election security. He received the FBI Combat Theater Award for his assignment in Kabul, Afghanistan. His expertise spans counterintelligence operations, critical infrastructure protection, and combating advanced threats from state-sponsored actors. Following his FBI service, he held senior leadership positions at Charter Communications and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Tekniam.

Aleksandar Tolevski

Chief Marketing Officer

Aleksandar Tolevski is an accomplished executive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior to joining Fermi, he served in key operational roles at Rodeodial, a telecommunications startup that leveraged defense sector technology to develop connectivity solutions for developing economies and austere regions. He then managed client and customer success positions at Viewer Labs and Sphery Solutions. Aleksandar has been instrumental in driving growth, execution and directing customer support efforts for thousands of users and customers.
